Belinda possesses a wealth of vital knowledge and experience in property development as an entrepreneur, that span over a period of 20 years. Her passion for social development has compelled her in embarking on projects that have a direct impact on socioeconomic challenges faced in Africa. This is demonstrated through projects her company, Bella Casa Group (Pty) Ltd, has embarked on, including the first security cluster development called The Willows located in Tembisa, a township in South Africa and participated in the Reconstruction and Development Programme (RDP); a government initiative that builds houses for low income families in South Africa.
In recognition for her efforts and excellence in housing development, she has been awarded the NHBRC – Highly Commended: Best Woman Home Builder of the Year, as well as Building Woman Awards: Building Women Magazine ABSA/IDC – Builder of the year.
Through her passion for socioeconomics projects, she has felt compelled to innovatively offer turnkey solutions; providing safe and affordable housing in the continent. Belinda is a seasoned business woman, making her an excellent figure to spearhead La Bella Casa’s vision and accomplishing the mission of making 1 Million home owners by the year 2030.

Mandisa is a strategic leader with a demonstrated record of exceeding performance outputs, turning around businesses and streamlining business processes for optimum performance. Her career span exposed her to a wide variety of challenging and interesting roles involving regional integration initiatives and infrastructure development.Her experience in Africa’s economic regions acquired through her work with African Union organs (NEPAD and APRM), DFID and DBSA has incited her passion for economic development in Africa.
Her past endeavours, she always worked with the passion that propelled her to seek positive change to bend the reality of economic sectors that she participated in within Africa. Now expanding her territory into social housing development, she’s interlinking her vast experience in both the business and social spheres she’s been in, to bring real value to housing solutions in Africa.

GHANA
Mr Geoffrey Adjaison
Mr Adjaison is a versatile and experienced consultant for real estate development, with several years of experience. He has international exposure, having been involved in trade and investment programs in Ghana, with an emphasis on infrastructure development and liaising with stakeholders at a strategic level.
He is the Country Coordinator for La Bella Casa in Ghana, and among his private research and business practices, Mr. Adjaison continues to do consulting for real estate developers and construction managers in a sustainable housing development and a green community adaptation project.
NIGERIA
Mr Bennett Ekpu
Bennett Ekpu is the Managing Director of Benulek, a management and consultant company for construction and housing in Nigeria, as well as the Country Coordinator for La Bella Casa in Nigeria.
