We specialise in innovative property development solutions in the affordable housing sector. We are 100% hands-on and believe in building homes with integrity. Our credibility lies in the success of our first flagship affordable private housing development; The Willows Estate in Tembisa, comprising of 25 freestanding units completed in 2009. Our second, a 68 unit development aptly named Xanadu (place of great or idyllic magnificence and beauty) in Soshanguve is still ongoing. We have a holistic turnkey approach to property development with partnerships in selected markets on the African continent.
La Bella Casa teams up with educational institutions
to provide affordable student accommodation and related amenities such as PC
labs, network connections, social and sporting activities.
It is our intention to develop more affordable houses
to meet the growing demand in African regions. We have already identified a
number of new sites and are working on the plans for their development. We are
giving strong emphasis to ensure that low and moderate income households can have
housing access to where they were previously excluded.
We have extensive experience in the upgrading of
gravel to surfaced roads, asphalt and tar road construction, township infrastructure
reticulation, new road construction, water and sewer systems, storm water
drainage, bulk earthworks, layer works, landscaping including private
development infrastructure and maintenance.
We have partnered with the
QUENCH AFRICA programme in generating sustainable clean water to communities in
Africa. The model focuses on providing borehole engineering, water purification
and packaging.
The work we undertake ranges from electrical distribution, electrical building services and electrical reticulation to lighting structures and electrical maintenance. We offer complete solutions for clients requiring electrical work and maintenance.
3D BuildTech designs, develops, and manufactures 3D EPS building panels for an efficient and eco-friendly alternative building system that reduces time and material costs of construction execution. Our system offers monolithic 3D EPS panels that can be used for the entire top structure of a building; from floors, walls, slabs, and roofs. These panels are used in the construction of structures accommodating a variety of designs and shapes of buildings.
